Quality Control
China Loong Building Material Machine Co., Ltd. applies structured quality control throughout material purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipment. Our inspection procedures are adapted to the technical requirements of each product, including block and brick making machines, concrete equipment, cement and mortar production systems, conveyors, construction machinery, and building material processing lines. The objective is to verify that every machine is manufactured according to approved specifications and prepared for reliable installation and operation.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Quality control begins with the inspection of raw materials, fabricated parts, purchased components, and electrical items. Inspection scope and acceptance criteria are determined by component function, drawings, purchase requirements, and internal inspection standards.
- Material verification: Steel plates, structural sections, pipes, and other primary materials are checked against applicable purchasing and technical requirements.
- Dimensional inspection: Machined and fabricated parts are examined for critical dimensions, tolerances, hole positions, and interface compatibility.
- Component review: Motors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic parts, pneumatic components, sensors, and control devices are checked for model, specification, quantity, and visible condition.
- Nonconforming material control: Items that do not meet the relevant requirements are identified and separated for review, replacement, rework, or other appropriate action.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Inspections are performed at key manufacturing and assembly stages to identify issues before they affect subsequent work. Depending on the equipment, control points may include cutting, machining, forming, welding, surface preparation, mechanical assembly, hydraulic installation, electrical wiring, and production line integration.
- Fabrication checks: Operators and inspectors review component dimensions, alignment, welding condition, and assembly interfaces according to drawings and process requirements.
- Mechanical assembly checks: Fasteners, bearings, transmission systems, shafts, molds, rollers, mixers, conveyors, and moving mechanisms are checked for correct installation and movement.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic checks: Connections, hoses, valves, cylinders, and pressure-related components are reviewed for correct installation and visible leakage.
- Electrical checks: Control panels, cables, terminals, sensors, switches, and safety-related devices are checked against the applicable electrical documentation.
- Process traceability: Inspection findings and required corrections are recorded at relevant control stages, subject to the scope and complexity of the product.
3. Finished Product Inspection and Testing
Completed machines and systems undergo final inspection based on their configuration and agreed specifications. For individual machines, this may include dimensional, visual, electrical, and no-load functional checks. For integrated lines, such as AAC block machinery, dry mortar production lines, gypsum board machinery, cement systems, or concrete product equipment, testing may also cover coordination between connected units where workshop conditions allow.
- Appearance and workmanship: Surfaces, weld areas, protective coatings, guards, access points, and visible assemblies are reviewed for condition and completeness.
- Dimensions and configuration: Key dimensions, equipment layout interfaces, component models, and supplied accessories are checked against approved technical documents.
- Functional operation: Drive systems, mixers, vibration mechanisms, cutting units, lifting devices, conveyors, pumps, and control functions are tested as applicable.
- Safety-related inspection: Protective covers, emergency stops, limit switches, warning labels, and other specified safety features are checked for installation and basic function.
- Documentation review: Available operating documents, packing information, and relevant technical materials are reviewed for consistency with the order scope.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Packaging methods are selected according to equipment size, weight, structure, transport mode, and contractual requirements. Before dispatch, the shipment is reviewed to help prevent missing parts, incorrect identification, and avoidable transportation damage.
- Shipment completeness: Main equipment, auxiliary units, loose parts, tools, and ordered accessories are checked against the applicable packing list.
- Protection measures: Exposed machined surfaces, electrical components, vulnerable parts, and loose assemblies receive suitable protection for handling and transport.
- Identification: Packages and major components are marked as required to support unloading, inventory checks, and installation at the destination.
- Final condition check: Packaging integrity, securing points, visible equipment condition, and shipping documentation are reviewed before release.
5. Feedback, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement
Quality control continues through communication with customers, project teams, production personnel, and suppliers. When a manufacturing, installation, or operating issue is reported, China Loong Building Material Machine Co., Ltd. reviews the available information to identify the cause and determine an appropriate response.
Corrective actions may include technical clarification, inspection of related components, process adjustment, drawing review, supplier follow-up, or updated operating guidance. Relevant findings are communicated to responsible teams so that practical improvements can be incorporated into future manufacturing and inspection activities. This feedback-based approach supports consistent product quality while recognizing that inspection requirements vary by machine type, project configuration, and customer specification.
